*CUSTOMIZATIONS

I love custom orders! If you have an idea, please message me. I will do my best to bring YOUR idea to life.

Some creations can be customized based on a pictured item listed. However, it will be made into a new piece as the item shown has already been made and changes cannot be done to that particular product.

Ribbons, colors, stains, and greenery all can be changed with custom orders. When requesting a custom piece, please allow 2 weeks for completion.

Please message me PRIOR to placing your order for ANY custom request. We will discuss details of your item and once everything has been finalized, I will create a custom listing for you to purchase. After the purchase has gone through, I will begin work on your custom carrious creation!

Custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

*ABOUT SHIPPING

All items will be shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified.  Please allow 5-7 business days for item(s) to arrive after shipping date.  You will be notified of any delays on my part.  Once item is shipped, I cannot control the timeline of the arrival of your order, but I will be in constant contact with you and the carrier to follow the shipment and verify its arrival. If you have any questions, please let me know.

 

*RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of my work, all sales are final unless there is an error on my part. Please double check your spelling before submitting your order to me. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photo verification of damage. Item must be shipped back to me within 21 days of delivery.

 

Cancellations of orders must be made within 1 hour of purchase.

Packages not received 4 weeks after the shipping date will be considered lost and will be replaced at no extra charge with carrier confirmation of failed delivery.

 

*IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All Little Carrious Creations décor products are handcrafted and made from quality wood. Please note when ordering, your product will be made based on an item that has already been sold. Wood is a natural material and each round will have different graining, patterns, and possible knots. No two items will be exactly alike. The wood creations have been sealed for outdoor conditions. However, to keep your sign looking its best, it is recommended to have it under a covered patio & out of extreme weather.
